With a strong foundation in clinical science, she transitioned into the analytical side of healthcare, where she now specializes in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical revenue. Her expertise includes processing and allocating practice payments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations within the practice.

She began her career in 2003, driven by a passion for patient advocacy, clinical innovation, and mentoring others in the field. Known for her commitment to operational efficiency and compassionate care, Soily works to ensure patients receive the support they need without unnecessary financial barriers. She continues to grow professionally while contributing to the advancement of healthcare systems and management practices.

John Cvitkovic, P.A., P.T.

Director, Digital Health Operations

John began his career as an NYPD Detective/Sergeant, serving for 12 years until a serious injury led him to a new path. After a powerful rehab experience at NYU, he pursued a degree in Physical Therapy and later became a Physician Assistant in Orthopedics. He is a Licensed Surgical PA, Physical Therapist, and Certified Pedorthist, holding a Master’s in Public Health and Physical Therapy from Mercy College. John completed residencies in Orthopedic Surgery and Pedorthics and has over 28 years of experience treating patients in New York City and the Hudson Valley. He later opened his own Physical Therapy and Orthotic & Prosthetic practice, which he sold before joining the Motion team. In his free time, he enjoys boating, gardening, beekeeping, and connecting with fellow healthcare professionals.
